When you search the SafetyMine directory or advertise in the SafetyMine directory, you specifically agree to the following terms:

As a SEARCHER of the SafetyMine directory, you agree that --

1. You understand that SafetyMine listings are advertisements of third parties. The SafetyMine does not sell safety products or services.
2. You understand that the SafetyMine does not endorse, test or certify any safety, health, mining or other products. In particular, the SafetyMine does not represent that the products listed in the MSHA Approved/Certified category have been certified or approved by MSHA or otherwise comply with the Mine Act.
3. You understand that the SafetyMine does not warranty or stand by any of the products or services listed in the directory. Your only rights for returns, repairs, refunds and damages, including consequential damages, if any, are against the provider of the product or service.
4. You understand that the SafetyMine does not verify any of the claims or information submitted by advertisers. For example, a listing under "safe mining equipment" does not necessarily mean that the mining equipment is "safe." You, as the buyer, are responsible for verifying all information.
5. You understand that your only rights, if any, are against the advertisers with which you contract for products and/or services. You have no rights of any kind against the SafetyMine.
6. You understand that the SafetyMine monitors user traffic on its website. You can get details of our monitoring policy by reading the SafetyMine's privacy policy.
7. You understand that the safety mine is human edited. If you encounter an error or an invalid link, please bring it to our attention at Contact us.
8. You understand that the information contained in our directory is proprietary. You may only use the information to learn about safety and health products that are available for sale. You may not use the information for any other commercial purpose.
9. You understand that the SafetyMine directory is provided free of charge. The SafetyMine reserves the right to modify or terminate the directory service at any time.

As an ADVERTISER in the SafetyMine directory, you agree that --

1. You will only list products and services that are relevant to safety, health or mining or other related industries. The SafetyMine reserves the right to remove any irrelevant listing.
2. You will only list products and services in relevant categories. The SafetyMine reserves the right to remove any listing, even a paid one, from categories that are not relevant to the listed products and services. Advertisers who regularly list in irrelevant categories may be prohibited listing in the SafetyMine directory. You may suggest a category by emailing the SafetyMine at Contact us.
3. You will keep your listing information, including links to your website, current and accurate. The SafetyMine reserves the right to remove any listing, even a paid one, that does not contain current information.
4. You will not make false claims or representations about the products or services that you offer for sale. Specifically, with respect to products or equipment listed in the MSHA Certified/Approved category, you should be aware that anyone who "knowingly distributes, sells, offers for sale, introduces, or delivers in commerce any equipment for use in a coal or other mine, including, but not limited to, components and accessories of such equipment, which is represented as complying with the provisions of [the Mine] Act, or with any specification or regulation of the Secretary [of Labor (MSHA)] applicable to such equipment, and which does not so comply" may be charged by MSHA with a felony under the Mine Act.
5. You will pay us the amounts stated in the listing options page if you decide to purchase a Link or Placement listing. Failure to pay may result in the permanent removal of your listing from the SafetyMine directory. Basic listings in the SafetyMine are always free.
6. You understand that the SafetyMine is authorized to modify the format of directory at any time. In the event of such modifications, the SafetyMine will strive to give your listing equal or greater weight in the revised format.
7. You will notify the SafetyMine if you are dissatisfied in any way with the service provided by the SafetyMine directory. The SafetyMine wants your advertising business and will work hard to resolve your issue.
8. Your only right and recourse against the SafetyMine is to request a refund of monies paid to SafetyMine. Such refund requests, which must be made in writing to Contact us, will be paid as follows: requests made within 30 days of payment receive a full (100%) refund of monies paid; requests made after 30 days but within 90 days of payment receive a 50% refund of monies paid; requests made after 90 days but within 180 days of payment receive a 25% refund of monies paid. After 180 days of payment, you have no rights, whatsoever, against the SafetyMine (even though the listing term is for one year). Advertisers who do not pay for a listing, including advertisers who only redeem coupons, never acquire any rights, whatsoever, against SafetyMine.

The SafetyMine reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page, so please check this page frequently.
